We have a 14 day return window
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns for damaged poorly printed or misprinted items. Items will be replaced with a proper item. If Sizing is wrong I will accept item and replace with proper sizing. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using instore credit.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved that garment wasn't worn or washed. you’ll be automatically refunded with instore credit to correct sizing issues within 3 business days.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your package if product is damaged lost or misprinted product will be replaced with corrected product. If product Is sized improperly, it is up to the customer to sell or gift product to a loved one.

Before you submit a request to return or exchange your order, please read the following instructions carefully:
REFUSED PACKAGES
- If you refuse a shipment from ArtistDione for whatever reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, customs duties to re-import the package (for international orders) that are incurred on the package, and the cost of return to our office. If any of these fees are incurred, the amount will be deducted from your return amount.
- Because all items are custom-made to order and are made especially for you, the refused & returned packages will be processed as returns with a 5% restocking fee, the balance will be refunded as a store credit, or the package will be re-shipped back to the customer.
- In some rare cases, we may make a one-time exception for a refund. In all those cases, a 5% restocking fee will be charged, and you must return all the items; all items must be in the original packaging and unworn.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
ArtistDione does not currently honor post-purchase price adjustments to existing orders.
