Each item is made-to-order, crafted with care just for you — which means we don't over-manufacture or hold large amounts of stock. Every piece is unique, and we're committed to producing clothing that doesn't end up as waste.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. For unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, simply place the item in the mail at your own shipping cost and send it to:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned garment, we will issue in-store credit for the value of the item. Zero complaints, zero hassle.

Return Window

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact. To start a return, email us at artistdione@gmail.com. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrectly Made Items

If your item arrives with a printing or sewing error, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us immediately and we will work with our manufacturers to send you a correct replacement.

Sizing Issues

As our clothing is made to order, we encourage you to carefully review sizing charts before placing your order. If you receive an item that doesn't fit as expected, we are happy to assist with an exchange for a different size, provided the size you need is available within the manufacturer's range. Please note that if the item is the smallest (XS) or largest size offered by the manufacturer, we are unable to offer a replacement beyond those options. Contact customer service and we'll guide you through the process.

What We Don't Accept

Returns for change of mind
Returns after 14 days
Exchanges for a different print or style
Worn or washed items
Swimwear, swim trunks, or boxer briefs
Items that have been altered

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded as store credit within 3 business days of inspection and approval. Refused or returned packages are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
